Welcome to Nails Salon Connect. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZEXOR DIGITAL, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Nails Salon Connect website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Nails Salon Connect provides a digital platform for nail salons to manage appointments, clients, and business operations, and for clients to book services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringing upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
